This seller setup ebay by recording his account before ebay shut him down. He shows and proves how much of a great seller he was to buyers on ebay, yet ebay shut down his seller account claiming there was a risk to the ebay community. The seller demands to find out who shut his account down, who evaluated the account and what the policy violation was and they would not come forth with that information. After telling the ebay rep that the account was going to be featured on video they hung up right away.

The seller can be reached on Youtube and he is actively looking for a lawyer that will take on this case to bring a 10 million dollar law suit against ebay for putting him out of business and violating his rights to sell online and make an income. According to ebay, they love their top rated sellers so much they released a new video about them. However what ebay won’t tell you is that they are allowing non-performing top rated sellers to rip people off without accountability.

Watch this video about the top rated seller named “batterygalaxy” this is an example of a non-performing top rated seller selling bad china wholesale products and not shipping them or not returning the buyer’s money. You can see that ebay is minipulating his percentage rate and also his volume numbers just to get his fees. This could very well be an ebay driven account. Now please watch this video:

We have suspended your account due to the risk presented to the eBay
community. Even if a suspended member has a perfect Feedback score, we
can suspend accounts if ever we’ve found out that their actions are not
in the spirit of our eBay community, or if their actions will give
financial losses to our company.

I know that you want us to lift you suspension. At the same time, in
reviewing your account, it looks like eBay?s Trust and Safety department
has done a thorough investigation of your account. Based on the
information that they?ve found, it?s a risk to the eBay community at
large. Based on that, we have determined that it is in eBay?s best
interest to deny your appeal , that means we will not be reinstating
your account.

I know that this is frustrating. I wish I could actually give you some
details on why we suspended your account, unfortunately I don?t have the
ability to give that out to you. The reason is, it would allow you to
possibly get around the policy when you create a new account but I do

this point in time, it will not be eligible for reinstatement.
