I called Ebay to pay my seller fees to which I have not used in a long time and tried paying with all my credit cards to find out that ebay is blocking my credit cards!!! Why would they do this?? just doesn’t make sense to me.
I called them and after giving out all my info to one girl, she then sends me to billing to which I am on hold for 20 minutes.. I finally said the hell with it and hung up!. My account sells adult dvd’s in their adult section so I assume they don’t want me selling and want my account to fall into a closed status so I will oblige them!. Their customer service sucks and why the hell do they have to have a billing department if they make people use paypal!. Can’t one rep handle the whole issue?
